Baked Yogurt Recipe Ingredients
- 200 gram – curd
- 100 gram – milk
- sugar as per taste
- 5-6 – ice cubes
How to make Baked Yogurt Recipe at home
- First of all, we take a big bowl.
- Add curd, milk and sugar in it and mix it very well.
- Now add this mixture equally in 5 glasses.
- Add water in a heating pan and place the glasses in it and cover it.
- Cook this mixture till 20 minutes.
- Now turn off the flame and keep aside the glasses and after let it cool place them in the refrigerator.
- Baked yogurt recipe is ready.
- Now serve it with ice cubes.
