Baked Yogurt Recipe Ingredients

  • 200 gram – curd
  • 100 gram – milk
  • sugar as per taste
  • 5-6 – ice cubes

How to make Baked Yogurt Recipe at home

  1. First of all, we take a big bowl.
  2. Add curd, milk and sugar in it and mix it very well.
  3. Now add this mixture equally in 5 glasses.
  4. Add water in a heating pan and place the glasses in it and cover it.
  5. Cook this mixture till 20 minutes.
  6. Now turn off the flame and keep aside the glasses and after let it cool place them in the refrigerator.
  7. Baked yogurt recipe is ready.
  8. Now serve it with ice cubes.
